Frequently asked questions.
Quick answers for drivers, contractors, LMS Lite users, administrators and site teams.
Driver accounts, cards and eLearning.
How do I reset my password on my personal account?
On the login page of the app, tap Reset Password, located just under the login button.
Why will the eLearning not continue to the next page?
This can be caused by a poor internet signal. Connect to strong 4G, 5G or Wi-Fi. On a phone, rotate to landscape mode and make sure auto-rotate is enabled so the Continue button is visible.
Why is my eLearning not showing as complete?
Make sure every page is complete, every test is passed, and you reach the final page confirming completion.
How long does it take to get my card after completing the SSA course?
The MP Skills team has up to five days to process your SSA course. MP Connect will then print and send your card.
How do I know when my subscription is due?
Log in via the website to view your renewal countdown and make payment. If MP Connect has your email address, you will also receive a reminder with a payment link.
How do I get the QR code on my phone?
Open the app and tap your profile photo. Your QR code will appear. Tap it again to return to your photo.
Contractor registration, documents and cards.
Who should register as the Company Administrator?
The Company Administrator should register. They upload and maintain employee training documents, manage card subscriptions and renewals, and receive expiry or validation notifications. MP Connect recommends one or two administrators per company.
What documents are required for each contractor?
Required documents include a passport-style JPEG photo, valid ID, National Insurance number, a valid Safety Passport such as SPA or CSCS, and recognised training certificates.
How do I pay for MP Connect cards and subscriptions?
Log in to the Admin Portal, choose the invoice option, enter invoice and delivery addresses, select contractors, then choose debit card, credit card or BACS.
What do the document status colours mean?
Green means verified, amber means awaiting verification, and red means missing, invalid or out of date. Red items may block access.
What happens if an employee loses their card?
Call 0115 8600155 for a replacement card. A replacement costs £10, or the employee can use the app virtual card.
What happens if a fake document is uploaded?
